UN Ocean Conference Fellowship 2025

The UN Ocean Conference Fellowship 2025 is a funded fellowship for professional journalists to attend and report from the United Nations Ocean Conference 2025. The program is part of Internews’ Earth Journalism Network’s UN Ocean Project, with support from the Bloomberg Ocean Fund. Selected fellows will participate in in-person activities in Nice, including orientation, briefings, and editorial guidance to support reporting on ocean issues.

Funding for travel and lodging, meals, insurance, visa reimbursement, per diem, press accreditation support, editorial guidance and access to pre-conference training and briefings.

Be a professional journalist from or representing an established media house and reporting from any country with a coast; applicants with demonstrated ocean reporting experience are preferred.
