Early-career conservation teams with at least three members, where all members are nationals of the country where the project will take place (one non-national team member may be included with justification). Projects must take place in an eligible country and last six to 12 months.

Stage 1 requires submission of a concept note using the official template; shortlisted teams will be invited to Stage 2 for a full application.
