Obama Foundation Leaders Africa Program 2025-2026

The Obama Foundation Leaders Africa Program is a six-month, non-residential, virtual leadership journey for 34 emerging leaders from across Africa. It focuses on values-based leadership skills and building deep relationships with fellow cohort members. Participants are part of a network of leaders focused on creating positive change in their communities, the continent, and the world, with no participation fees.

No participation fees; leadership development through a six-month virtual program; networking with fellow cohort members.

Open to individuals residing in all countries and territories in Africa, aged 24-45 on September 1, 2025, with at least 3 years of relevant experience and able to participate in a virtual program.
