Seth Bonder Camp

The Seth Bonder Camp is a residential and online summer camp in computational and data science for high school students, organized by the Artificial Intelligence Institute for Advances in Optimization (AI4OPT) at Georgia Tech. It introduces participants to machine learning, optimization, human sciences, genomics and related engineering applications through hands-on activities, team projects and expert-led workshops. The programme includes multiple levels ranging from beginner to advanced topics (including Generative AI and Agentic AI) and offers mentorship by graduate and undergraduate mentors as well as connections to AI research. Camps are delivered both online and on-campus at Georgia Tech and in partnership with local high schools and non-profit partners.

Hands-on activities and team projects; mentorship from AI4OPT graduate and undergraduate mentors; presentations and discussions with AI researchers; certificates of completion for participants.

High school students; participants should be able to use a web browser and be eager to learn about computational and data science. The camp is tailored for students with little or no prior programming or data science experience.
