Creating Wellbeing: Research and Practice — ECR Webinar

Creating Wellbeing: Research and Practice is an online webinar for early career researchers presenting recent research from Welsh universities on wellbeing. Topics include trauma-informed approaches in youth justice, wellbeing for sexual minority adolescents, and body-based and mindfulness strategies for mental health. The session includes opportunities for attendees to share personal strategies for maintaining wellbeing and is chaired by Professor Ann John.

Presentation of recent research, discussion of wellbeing resources and strategies, and opportunities to share personal approaches with other attendees.

The session is aimed at early career researchers (ECRs) with an interest in wellbeing research and resources to manage stress and anxiety.
