Nationaal Biografisch Woordenboek — call for biographical proposals

The Nationaal Biografisch Woordenboek (NBW) is a continuing biographical reference work recently transitioned to a fully digital publication format. The editorial team invites new proposals for individual biographies to be included in the NBW. Proposals may be submitted by researchers and other contributors who can make a strong scholarly contribution. Accepted entries are published in the digital NBW platform and complement the existing 26 printed volumes now digitized.

Publication of submitted biography in the digital Nationaal Biografisch Woordenboek, increased visibility and inclusion in a national reference work.

Researchers and other interested contributors who can make a strong substantive scholarly contribution may submit proposals for biographies.

Submit a proposal via the KVAB secretariat following the author guidelines (attachment) provided on the KVAB website.
