The Paracelsus Prize is a scientific award presented by the Swiss Chemical Society and includes CHF 20,000 and a gold medal. Nominations are invited from organisations and individuals (self-nominations are not permitted). The prize recognises significant research contributions in chemistry and is awarded to established researchers.

Nominations are invited from organisations and individuals; self-nominations are not admitted. A nomination must include a brief CV (max 3 pages), a list of 20 important scientific publications, a nomination letter outlining the research areas, and up to three seconding letters, all submitted electronically as a single PDF.
