Master Mind Scholarships 2026-27

The Master Mind Scholarships offer international students a fully funded opportunity to pursue a master’s degree at Flemish universities and higher-education institutions in Flanders and Brussels. The program covers key costs including living support and tuition, facilitating access to study in Belgium for 2026-27.

Stipend, tuition waiver, potential housing/living cost support, and coverage for study-related expenses

International students who apply for a master’s degree at a Flemish higher-education institution in Flanders or Brussels; previous degree completed outside Flanders; strong academic record; English proficiency; current enrollment in a Flemish institution is generally not allowed, with some exceptions.

Apply for admission to a master’s programme at a Flemish host institution; preselected applications are submitted to the scholarship selection tool; a committee awards scholarships based on merit and profile.
