Professional Fellows Program (PFP) 2025 – Fully Funded Exchange in the USA

The Professional Fellows Program (PFP) is a two-way exchange program that brings together emerging leaders from around the world with American counterparts in governance, civil society, and economic empowerment. It offers 4-6 week fellowships in U.S. institutions, professional placements with NGOs, government offices, and think tanks, plus cultural exchange activities and participation in the Professional Fellows Congress in Washington, D.C.

Hands-on professional experience in the U.S., enhanced leadership and problem-solving skills, exposure to U.S. governance models, global networking opportunities, opportunities to implement follow-on projects back home, long-term collaboration with U.S. professionals

Eligibility criteria vary by region and country, but typically include being aged 25–35, and having relevant experience in public service, NGO work, entrepreneurship, or civic engagement with proficiency in English.
