INMA 30 Under 30 Awards 2025

The INMA 30 Under 30 Awards 2025 is a global competition recognising 30 exceptional young professionals under the age of 30 who work in the news media industry. It highlights early career accomplishments, leadership potential, and influence across six categories, with winners receiving international recognition and a certificate. The initiative aims to connect emerging talent to a global network and includes benefits such as virtual announcements, membership perks, and access to master classes.

Global recognition in a virtual announcement, certificate of recognition, free access to two INMA virtual Master Classes, potential membership Association (12 months for non-members), social media badges, and potential professional exposure.

Open to professionals employed by a news media company who are under 30 as of 1 September 2025; those over 30 may nominate a colleague using the same application form.
