UNDP Pillar Coordinator – Democratic Governance & Civic Engagement

The Pillar Coordinator position provides technical guidance and coordination for the Democratic Governance & Civic Engagement pillar within UNDP Sri Lanka, including cross-pillar collaboration, policy advisory, and programme management. The role involves leadership of pillar activities, coordination with government, civil society, donors and UN agencies, and delivering quality results in line with the project framework.

Advanced university degree in relevant fields or a bachelor’s degree with additional qualifying experience; fluency in Sinhala and/or Tamil with excellent English; extensive experience in governance, policy or development work.
