The DAAD STEM Master’s Scholarships 2026 support high-achieving students from developing and emerging countries to study a full-time, on-campus Master’s degree in Germany in STEM fields. The scholarship covers tuition-free Master’s programmes at state or state-recognised universities, with a focus on improving qualifications and employability. The Master’s programme must start in the winter term 26/27 and may not include programmes with integrated stays outside Germany.
