McGill University Entrance Bursary 2026

The McGill University Entrance Bursary provides financial assistance to qualified undergraduate students from low- to modest-income families who require support to pursue their studies at McGill University. The award amounts vary based on financial need and tuition rates, and a limited number of bursaries may be renewable for up to four years if renewal criteria are met. Eligible applicants must be enrolled in a full-time degree program at McGill and demonstrate financial need.

Financial assistance through an entrance bursary, potential Work Study eligibility, bursary credited in two equal installments at the start of fall and winter terms.

Applicants must enrol in a full-time degree program at McGill University and demonstrate financial need, including the intention to apply for government student aid and/or Indigenous Band Support Funding.

Apply after receiving acceptance to the University via Minerva and complete the Financial Aid applications as directed in Minerva and the CSS Profile if applicable.
