OPEC Academy Summer Fellowship Programme (SFP) 2026

The OPEC Academy Summer Fellowship Programme (SFP) 2026 is a short-term professional fellowship hosted at the OPEC Secretariat in Vienna, Austria. It provides selected professionals from OPEC Member Countries with hands-on experience in international energy policy, research, and cooperation, including producing a research report and presenting findings to the OPEC Academic Committee. Fellows receive exposure to international energy policy, networking opportunities, and a certificate of completion from the OPEC Secretariat.

Citizens of OPEC Member Countries who are officially nominated and supported by their OPEC Governor, hold at least a university degree, have a few years of relevant work experience, can work in English, and are employed with the ability to self-finance their stay in Vienna.

Submit via official OPEC Member Country channel (nomination by OPEC Governor); include a research plan covering two topics and an updated CV; await nomination confirmation and acceptance by the Secretariat.
