Coca-Cola HBC Technical Trainee Programme 2025 for Young Nigerians – Call for Applications

Nigerian Bottling Company Limited is inviting qualified young Nigerians to undertake an intensive eighteen-month Training Programme in Lagos focused on technical skills development in several engineering and IT-related areas. The program provides classroom, hands-on, and on-the-job training at the Ikeja Technical Training Centre, with a monthly stipend for the duration. Successful trainees may receive internal certificates and could be offered permanent employment as Technicians or Technical Operators with the company.

Monthly stipend for the duration, attendance of training and on-the-job experience, internal certificate upon completion, potential permanent employment as Technician or Technical Operator.

Candidates must have a minimum of Lower Credit in OND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, issued by a Nigerian Polytechnic, not earlier than 2024; industrial experience is an added advantage; open to work in any plant location in Nigeria.
