Mongolia International Mathematics Competition 2026

An international mathematics competition for upper primary (Key Stage II) and lower secondary (Key Stage III) students, held in Ulaanbaatar City, Mongolia. The event includes individual and team contests, cultural exchange activities and a puzzle challenge. The organiser provides an academic programme, opportunities for teacher exchange, and cultural interactions among participants.

Meals and accommodation during July 22–27, 2026 for up to two teams per division per country; participation in individual and team contests, puzzle challenge, cultural exchange activities, and awarding ceremony.

Participation is by invitation only; each team must consist of a team leader, a deputy team leader, and four students (minimum three students per team). Divisions: Key Stage II (Upper Primary) and Key Stage III (Lower Secondary). Age and enrolment restrictions apply per division (e.g. KS II students must have been born on or after 2022-07-22 and not be enrolled in secondary level).

Participation is by invitation only; teams are entered by participating countries and must meet team composition and age/enrolment requirements. Team leaders and deputy leaders must be able to converse in English.
