Russian Government Scholarship 2027

A government-sponsored fully funded scholarship for international students to pursue Master's and Doctoral degrees at participating Russian universities. The program provides tuition-free study and a monthly living stipend, plus access to language training, research facilities and networking opportunities. It connects applicants with over 500 participating universities across the Russian Federation.

Open to international students (non-Russian citizens).
