INGSA-Africa Science Advice Skills Development Program (SASDP) 2026

The INGSA-Africa Science Advice Skills Development Program (SASDP) 2026 is a training initiative designed to strengthen the capacity of early and mid-career African researchers in science advice and policymaking. It offers interactive training, mentorship, and practical exercises to gain hands-on experience in evidence-informed policymaking and advisory systems, with a focus on Inclusive Growth and Sustainable Development in Africa.

Mentorship, interactive training, practical exercises, hands-on experience in science advice and policymaking, and potential funding/invitations for dissemination events or participation in scientific events.

Applicants must be an early or mid-career African scientist or researcher working on the African continent and have obtained a PhD within the past 10 years.
