AU CIEFFA & ImpactHER Online Capacity Building Training 2026

The AU CIEFFA & ImpactHER Online Capacity Building Training 2026 is a fully-funded online training programme designed to equip young Africans, including women and men, entrepreneurs, educators, and aspiring business leaders, with practical skills for the digital economy. The programme covers digital skills, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and gender equality in education, with certificates issued for completing the required portions. Participants join a network affiliated with AU CIEFFA and ImpactHER and may be invited to fully-funded in-person activities in the future.

Certificate for each program after 80% attendance, access to online mentorship, membership in AU CIEFFA and ImpactHER networks, and potential invitation to fully-funded in-person activities.

Be of African descent (woman or man) with leadership aspirations and a commitment to promoting girls' and women's education; have internet access and a suitable device; understand English, French, or Portuguese; hold African citizenship residing on the continent or anywhere in the world.
