A two-year fellowship for young musicians focused on developing in Baroque music and gaining professional experience. Fellows are selected by audition and perform with the Netherlands Bach Society in four or five productions during the fellowship. Participants receive one-to-one coaching from an appointed ensemble member and coaching from the marketing and production departments. Additional activities include masterclasses and workshops such as recitative singing, accompaniment and social media use.
