Yeats International Summer School

An annual summer school devoted to the works of W. B. Yeats and his contemporaries, held in Sligo. It brings together writers, academics, lecturers and students for lectures, readings and study connected to Yeats and the landscape that inspired him. The School has run since 1960 and describes itself as the longest running literary school in the world. It attracts local, national and international participants and guests.
