Summer Courses Romania 2026

A set of summer courses hosted in Romania in 2026 at multiple universities (Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Alexandru Ioan Cuza University, West University of Timisoara). The programme offers scholarships covering tuition, lodging, meals and a cultural programme for nominated participants. Applications are submitted through diplomatic channels and coordinated by the Romanian Ministry of Education and Research. Travel to/from the courses and excursion travel are not covered.

Individuals nominated, through diplomatic channels, by the institutions in charge (ministries of education, ministries of foreign affairs and boards for scholarship abroad) in accordance with bilateral agreements.

Candidates must be nominated by relevant institutions and submit a nomination list, passport copy, CV in English/French, filled-in university forms (and for non-EU candidates the Ministry form). Application files are submitted through diplomatic channels, scanned and electronically archived to ro.summercourses@edu.gov.ro and international@edu.gov.ro.
