University of Hong Kong ADB Scholarship 2026

Fully funded master’s scholarship at the University of Hong Kong, funded by the Asian Development Bank Japan Scholarship Program. The scholarship covers tuition and living costs for international students pursuing a master’s degree at HKU, with certain eligibility requirements and application deadlines.

Full tuition fees, living allowances, housing allowance, books, medical insurance, travel costs, no application fee.

National of an ADB member country and a Japanese ODA scholarship-eligible country; hold a bachelor’s degree; at least two years of full-time professional work experience; not more than 35 years old; admitted to an approved master’s course at the University of Hong Kong; intent to return to home country after completion.
