Future for Nature Awards 2027

The Future for Nature Awards 2027 recognize individual young nature conservationists who have demonstrated substantial, long-term impact in protecting wild species. Three winners receive €50,000 each, along with international recognition, a platform to raise their profile, mentoring, and networking opportunities; travel and accommodation to the awards event are covered. The awards are presented at a ceremony in Arnhem, the Netherlands, with winners publicly announced during the event in May 2027.

Candidates must be an individual (not an organization) and born on or after May 31, 1992 and before August 31, 2008, i.e., between 18 and 35 years old at the time of the 2027 awards.
