Africa Programme Officer

The International Detention Coalition (IDC) is inviting applications for the Africa Programme Officer, a full-time remote role based in Senegal. The role supports regional programmes, stakeholder engagement, and member capacity development within IDC’s Africa projects, with responsibilities spanning project implementation, advocacy, communications, and internal systems. The position offers a full-time remote arrangement with compensation details provided by IDC.

Annual salary (12,000,000 – 16,000,000 CFA); full-time remote work; opportunity to work within a global network on migration and detention issues.

Bachelor’s degree in international relations, law, migration studies, political science, or related fields; minimum five years of professional experience in project coordination, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement; fluency in English and French.
