The Umi Mentorship Program 2026 supports new mothers, especially mums with children under 3 years, to develop professionally while balancing family life. It pairs participants with experienced mentors for a 3-month mentorship, includes peer-mentorship, weekly workshops, and access to a therapist as part of the program.

African mum living either in Africa or in the diaspora; child aged 0-3 years; desire to be a better mum and professional.
