Umi Mentorship Program 2025

The Umi Mentorship Program is a mentorship initiative to support new mothers and mums with children aged 0-3 in balancing motherhood, career and personal development. The program pairs participants with experienced mentors for a 3-month mentorship, includes peer mentorship, weekly workshops and access to a therapist, spanning a 12-week period. The next cohort will run from September 2025 to November 2025 and is open to eligible African mums in Africa or the diaspora.

African mum living in Africa or the diaspora; child between 0-3 years; wanting to be a better mum and professional; interested in being paired with an experienced mum and professional.
