Nedbank: Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme 2026/2027 for young South Africans

The Nedbank YES Programme is a one-year, business-led initiative aimed at providing unemployed South African youth with skills development and meaningful workplace experience. It is designed for young South Africans and offers a structured work placement with a monetary stipend as part of the programme.

Monthly stipend to support living, food and travel; 12 months of structured work experience.

South African youth aged 18-29 as of 1 May 2026, with matric or a post-matric qualification, currently unemployed, who are black according to the BBBEE definition, and who have not participated in a YES Programme with another organisation.
