United Nations Climate and SDGs Conference for Youth from the Global South

A conference organized by UN DESA and the UNFCCC Secretariat. The event will be held on 27-28 May 2025 at the UN City in Copenhagen, Denmark, focusing on climate action and sustainable development synergies. Nominations are coordinated by MGCY and YOUNGO, with at least one funded spot for youth from the Global South and at least one self-funded spot for youth from every region supported by UN DESA.

A funded spot for one youth from the Global South to attend the conference; a self-funded spot is available for another youth; participation at the UN Climate and SDGs Conference.

MGCY can nominate at least one self-funded young person and a maximum of one funded young person from the Global South to attend the Conference in Copenhagen, Denmark.
