Pathways with Purpose 2026: U.S. Chamber Foundation Grant Driving Career-Connected Learning and Workforce Alignment

The Pathways with Purpose initiative is a grant program from the U.S. Chamber Foundation designed to align K–12 education with labor market demands. It invites employer-led consortia to design and implement scalable solutions that connect classrooms with careers, supported by funding and a network of resources. Selected consortia will develop career pathways, expand work-based learning opportunities, and collaborate with SEAs and LEAs.

Technical assistance and expert guidance, dedicated coaching, access to an industry network and resources, opportunities for collaboration and peer learning.

Eligible applicants include chambers of commerce, industry associations, employer coalitions, economic development organizations, and other industry intermediaries.
