Inclusive European Heritage Residencies

The Inclusive European Heritage Residencies is a residency programme for heritage professionals to exchange best practices, discuss challenges, and explore strategies for building strong and resilient heritage organisations. It is organized by Europa Nostra in collaboration with INTO - the International National Trusts Organisation, and takes place in Malta from 13 to 19 September 2026 with around 10 participants selected.

Mix of case studies, practical sessions, site visits and peer learnings. Accommodation for six nights, and all meals and local travel are covered.

Professionals and leaders of small or medium-sized heritage organisations who want to strengthen their growth and sustainability. Applicants from all ages, races, faiths, genders, sexual orientations, and with disabilities. Fluent in English.
