Barry & Marie Lipman Family Prize 2026

The Lipman Family Prize 2026 at the University of Pennsylvania is a global prize recognizing leadership and innovation in the social sector. It selects three winners each year, awarding cash prizes and providing non-monetary benefits such as partnership opportunities, networking within the Lipman Prize community, and access to executive education programs. The prize supports nonprofit organizations with global reach and impact, aiming to help scale effective social initiatives.

Cash prizes (unrestricted) for the winners; non-monetary benefits including ongoing partnership with the University, networking within the Lipman Prize community, access to tuition-free executive education programs, and a scholarship opportunity.

Open to nonprofit/NGO/civil society organizations operating globally. Applicants must be nonprofit or equivalent in their country, have three years of operation, and provide impact results for at least three years, among other criteria.

Open application period from July 1–31; applications are reviewed and finalists are selected, followed by a formal selection process and announcement of winners.
