Refugee-led Innovation Fund

The Refugee-led Innovation Fund provides financial resources, mentoring and other expertise to refugee-led organisations to design and deliver new interventions that benefit displaced and stateless communities. It supports organisations led by people with lived experience of forced displacement to test and implement ideas with strong community approaches and value for community members. Applicants are expected to form teams within existing organisations and may be from registered or unregistered groups.

Funding (up to 45,000 USD), project management support, technical support, mentoring and peer-to-peer networking, other support based on project needs

All organisations led by people with lived experience of forced displacement, including refugees, asylum-seekers, internally displaced persons, returnees and stateless people. Applications should be submitted by a team, usually as part of an existing organisation; organisations may be registered or unregistered.

Submit a brief expression of interest by the deadline; shortlisted organisations will be invited to submit a full application and will receive support to develop and submit their detailed proposal
