ActHIVate Fund Grants 2026–2028

The ActHIVate Fund is a funding opportunity offering flexible support to established MSM- and trans-led community organisations delivering HIV-related healthcare, advocacy, and inclusive services. The first funding round provides a total of €2 million and aims to fund up to 20 organisations for an implementation period from April 2027 to December 2028. Applications are open to organisations working in settings where access to healthcare is highly restricted and where community-led HIV responses are needed.

First full Request for Proposals opens on 21 September 2026 with applications due by 25 October 2026.
