Neurological Foundation Programme Grants

The Neurological Foundation Programme Grants support a programme of research led by a multidisciplinary team based in New Zealand, with the aim of increasing understanding of the causes, diagnosis, prevention or treatment of nervous system diseases and disorders. International collaboration is encouraged provided it builds research capability in New Zealand. Projects should be well established and positioned to progress to the next level. Grants have a maximum value and term to enable sustained research programmes.

Research grant funding up to $1,000,000 for a maximum term of 5 years.

Postdoctoral researchers, clinicians and academics; the programme must be led by a multidisciplinary team based in New Zealand. International team members are permitted if the collaboration builds capability in New Zealand.
