MTCP Scholarship 2026/2027 for Developing Countries

The Government of Malaysia Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP) Scholarship offers postgraduate studies in Malaysia for applicants from developing countries. It provides tuition coverage, a comprehensive monthly allowance, travel airfare, and other allowances for full-time Master’s degree studies at selected Malaysian universities.

Tuition fees; RM3,500 per month in allowances (cost of living, books, tools, housing, placement, thesis, travel, medical and insurance allowances); one-off return economy-class airfare; payment through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia.

Citizens of MTCP recipient countries who intend to pursue full-time Master’s degree studies in Malaysia.
