MTCP Scholarship 2026 in Malaysia

The MTCP Scholarship 2026 is a government-funded opportunity for international students from developing countries to pursue a Master’s degree in Malaysia. The program covers full tuition, provides a monthly allowance, and includes return economy airfare, with study at selected Malaysian public universities. It aims to strengthen global cooperation and capacity building by supporting outstanding graduates for postgraduate study in various disciplines.

Fully funded Master’s degree, monthly stipend, travel to Malaysia, international exposure, and opportunity to contribute to home country’s development.

Applicants must be from an eligible developing country, be not more than 45 years old, hold a Bachelor’s degree with CGPA 3.0 or Second Class Upper, and meet English requirements (IELTS 6.0+, TOEFL iBT 60+, or degree taught in English).

Review of applications, shortlisting, interview (for selected candidates), and final selection; shortlisted candidates are usually notified by July 2026.
