ITU GCYLP Leadership Programme 2026 in Geneva (Fully Funded)

The ITU GCYLP Leadership Programme is a one-year leadership and development program organized by the International Telecommunication Union in partnership with Huawei. It provides financial support, training, and resources to young leaders to implement digital development projects, with a combination of remote training and an in-person module in Geneva, Switzerland. Thirty fellows are selected globally each year.

Initial grant of 5000 USD to launch the project; potential additional 5000 USD for the most impactful project; coverage of in-person training week in Geneva; year-long training and mentorship from ITU and Huawei experts; opportunities to showcase the project globally; networking with leaders and policymakers.

Open to young individuals aged 18-28 who are pursuing a university degree or have recently graduated in STEM-related fields, with proficiency in English and the ability to commit full-time for the year-long program.
