International Master’s Scholarships Program

The International Master’s Scholarships Program is a fully funded scholarship for international students to pursue a master’s degree at Université Paris-Saclay in France, including a comprehensive funding package and research-focused opportunities. It covers master’s programs across the university and its affiliated institutions, with renewal possible for the second year for eligible students. Recipients receive monthly stipends, travel/visa support, and administrative assistance for relocation and housing.

Annual stipend of 10,000 euros, travel/visa support up to 900 euros per year, housing and administrative assistance, potential renewal for a second year

Open to international students admitted to an eligible master’s program at Université Paris-Saclay or its partner institutions, for studies in France (first-time enrollment, excluding exchange/short internships).

Apply to an eligible master’s program at Université Paris-Saclay, receive an official invitation to complete the scholarship application, and submit required referees and documents according to the program timeline.
