Mission X: Train Like an Astronaut (2026–2027)

Mission X: Train Like an Astronaut is a free, international educational school project run by ESA and partners that challenges students to train like astronauts through physical exercises and scientific investigations. It combines fitness missions with STEM-related scientific activities focused on health, nutrition, human biology and the effects of microgravity. The project provides ready-to-use resources for teachers, online submission of results, and a certificate of participation for students. Each school year features the Walk to the Moon Challenge in which teams earn virtual 'steps' by completing activities.

そのまま使える教育用リソース、フィジカルアクティビティの動画、Mission Xの参加証明書、そしてWalk to the Moon Challenge参加者向けのESAの人類宇宙飛行専門家からの特別な記念メッセージが利用できます。

参加は世界中の方（個人または学生チーム）で、19歳までが対象です（推奨は5から14歳）。活動内容は、登録済みの先生または教育者が提出できます。

先生または教育者がMission XのWebサイトで登録し、Walk to the Moon Challengeのチーム活動結果をオンラインで提出します。
