Mission X: Train Like an Astronaut (2026–2027)

Mission X: Train Like an Astronaut is a free, international educational school project run by ESA and partners that challenges students to train like astronauts through physical exercises and scientific investigations. It combines fitness missions with STEM-related scientific activities focused on health, nutrition, human biology and the effects of microgravity. The project provides ready-to-use resources for teachers, online submission of results, and a certificate of participation for students. Each school year features the Walk to the Moon Challenge in which teams earn virtual 'steps' by completing activities.

참여는 전 세계 어디에서든 가능합니다. 19세 이하 학생 개인 또는 팀(권장 5세에서 14세)을 대상으로 하며, 등록된 교사 또는 교육자가 활동을 제출할 수 있습니다.

교사 또는 교육자는 Mission X 웹사이트에서 등록한 뒤 Walk to the Moon Challenge의 팀 활동 결과를 온라인으로 제출합니다.
