AI for Science Masters Program at AIMS South Africa 2025

Applications are open for the AI for Science Masters Program at AIMS South Africa 2025. It is a fully residential one-year taught Master’s degree in Mathematical Science with a research component, funded through a Google DeepMind partnership. The program is designed for students across Africa who are passionate about mathematics, artificial intelligence and machine learning and aims to accelerate scientific discovery.

Full scholarship; provision of equipment and computation costs

Applicants must be residents of Africa, citizens of any African country, and have completed a four-year undergraduate degree or a three-year degree with an honours year by August 2025 (or December 2025 for southern African applicants).
