Programme de Développement des Diplômés d’Ecobank

The Ecobank Graduate Development Programme is a 12-month, multi-rotation training programme designed to develop recent graduates for careers in pan-African banking. It combines instructor-led virtual learning, cross-functional rotations, and a six-month placement in a specific area, with coaching and mentorship throughout. The programme targets new graduates and aims to build capabilities across business functions within Ecobank’s operations across multiple African countries.

12 months of structured learning and job rotation with practical experience; real project work; individual coaching and mentoring.

Applicants must hold a university degree in any discipline from a reputable institution, have graduated within the last two years with a minimum grade of Bien (15/20), be aged 26 or younger as of December 2022, and possess a work permit for the country of application.
