University of Hawaii ADB Scholarship 2025 in USA

Fully funded scholarship program by the Asian Development Bank – Japan Scholarship Program (ADB-JSP) that enables students from ADB developing member countries to pursue a Master’s degree at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, with participation in East-West Center programs. The scholarship covers master’s degree study at UH Manoa and related educational, residential, and leadership development activities at the East-West Center.

Full tuition and fees, roundtrip travel, housing, monthly stipend, health insurance, visa sponsorship, and funds for textbooks.

Citizenship in and current residence from an ADB developing member country; age not more than 35 at application; hold a four-year bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and have at least two years of full-time professional work experience; English language proficiency requirements apply.

Two-part process: first gain admission to a master’s program at UH Manoa; then apply for the ADB Scholarship through the East-West Center by the stated deadline.
