About this opportunity
Fully funded scholarship program by the Asian Development Bank – Japan Scholarship Program (ADB-JSP) that enables students from ADB developing member countries to pursue a Master’s degree at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, with participation in East-West Center programs. The scholarship covers master’s degree study at UH Manoa and related educational, residential, and leadership development activities at the East-West Center.

Eligibility
