Call for Consultant: Consultancy to Conduct Kaduna and FCT Education Annual Budget Review

This consultancy seeks an experienced professional to evaluate the gender-responsive budgeting in the Kaduna State Ministry of Education annual budget, review GRESP implementation, and provide actionable recommendations to improve resource allocation for girls and marginalized groups. The assignment involves analyzing the most recent education budget across Kaduna State and the Federal Ministry of Education Nigeria, with deliverables including reports and policy briefs.

Advanced degree in Public Policy, Education, Gender Studies, Economics, or related fields; 5-8 years of experience in public financial management, gender-responsive budgeting, or education sector planning; proven budget analysis experience; knowledge of Kaduna State and Nigerian education system is an advantage.
