Between Mundanity and Aesthetics: Pop Culture in Literature and Film

This is a summer course offered at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt focusing on pop literature and its relation to modern everyday and pop culture. It covers topics such as consumption, media, music, and identity, using selected works from literature and film to explore pop aesthetics from its beginnings to the present. The programme includes a social and leisure component, and a certificate of participation is awarded upon completion.
