Paid DW Traineeship 2027 (DW-Volontariat)

The Paid DW Traineeship 2027, also known as the DW-Volontariat, is an 18-month bilingual journalism training program offered by Deutsche Welle (DW), Germany’s international broadcaster. The program provides structured training in TV, radio, and online journalism with editorial rotations at DW offices in Bonn and Berlin and international bureaus, combining theoretical learning with practical newsroom experience. Trainees receive mentorship, develop digital and multimedia skills, work on original media projects, and may be eligible for a permanent role with DW after completion.
