Institute for Law & AI Summer Fellowship 2027

The Institute for Law & AI Summer Fellowship 2027 is a paid, in-person fellowship in Washington, DC, for law students, professionals, and academics to engage with AI law and policy. The program provides mentorship, career planning, and opportunities to interact with policymakers and researchers, with a focus on United States law and policy. Fellows receive stipends and travel support for the in-person components in DC and related activities during the summer.

Relocation and housing stipend, weekly subsides, travel and meals coverage for specified components, mentorship, networking opportunities, and potential follow-on opportunities.

Open to law students, professionals, and academics with a strong understanding of US legal principles related to AI regulation and policy.
