The European Commission– Galway University PhD Scholarship is a fully funded doctoral opportunity embedded in the Joint Research Centre's Collaborative Doctoral Partnerships. It funds four years of research on the sovereignty implications of European open data, with a split residency across Ireland and Italy and dual supervision from Galway and JRC scientists.
